HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Chicago, IL)

Nova Timber Learning Group Partners runs classrooms and tutoring across the Chicago area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
