HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Ivory Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 561 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
