HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Keystone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Charlotte focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage reports. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
