HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
