HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Granite Water Authority Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
