HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Charlotte area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
