HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charlotte. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 947 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lots. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
