HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Vista Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
