HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Summit Ember Water Authority Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
