HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Amberfield Wilder Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charlotte region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on project schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
