HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Foxglove Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Charlotte, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
