HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Glen Health is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on referrals. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
