HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind River Learning Group is an education provider in Charlotte serving students and families. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
