Highbridge Meadow Markets is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct.
