HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Lumen West Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
