HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charlotte, NC)

Bluepeak Union Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 271 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
