HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Nova Ember Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on promotions. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
