HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Freight Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We reward reliability. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
