HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
