HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

Highbridge Umber Hospitality is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
