HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

Silverline North Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charleston region, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on change orders. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
