HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

Westbrook Juniper Foods is a Charleston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
