HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Field Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
