HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Nova North Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Families are partners. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
