HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Northwind Loom Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
