HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Bright Community Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on grant reporting. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
