HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rook Markets Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
