HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wilder Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
