HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 878 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
