HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Buffalo. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
