HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
