HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Buffalo, NY)

Clearpath Pine Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Buffalo, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on treatment plant data. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
