HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Loom Learning Group is an education provider in Boston serving students and families, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on school calendars. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
