HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Cedar Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
