HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Cedar Harbor Farms Group grows and distributes produce from farms near Boston. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Boston. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
