HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Silverline Lantern Auto Group is a Boston company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer estimates. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
