HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Cedar Yarrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Boston design routes and schedules. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
