HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Silverline Iron Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Boston. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
