HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Union Legal Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for document review, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
