HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Vista Staffing is a Boston staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on onboarding. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
