HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing makes precision components in Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
