HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Staffing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Boston. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
