HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
