HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Timber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Boston region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boston. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
