HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boston, MA)

Silverline Mill Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Boston, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
