HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Bright Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in Boise with claims and service teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
