HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Press and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on print quotes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
