HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Boise, ID)

Westbrook Junction Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Boise, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 191 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease compliance. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
