HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sparrow Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
