HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Iron Medical and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
